Dear Bed and Biscuits Customers,

We want to thank you all for your love and support over the years!

With all of the changes occurring in the world over the last year we have had to adapt and make so many changes ourselves! In doing so, so many of us have had the chance to experience new opportunities and take new paths we never thought possible.

With that being said, Bed and Biscuits will be making some changes to help us continue to create the best possible environment for the pups! The following changes will take place Starting 6/1/2021.

• Daycare will require a reservation to be made as there will be a cap on the amount of dogs that we can take in for daycare. (Due to increased daycare demand)

• Daycare drop off will be between 7:30am and 10am.

• We will only be accepting dogs who can safely play in play groups. This means that dogs that don’t play with others can no longer attend boarding & daycare.

• Male dogs over 6 months who are un-neutered will not be able to attend daycare & boarding until they are neutered. Once they are neutered they can be re-evaluated for daycare & boarding to ensure no behavioral issues.

• Female dogs in HEAT cycle will not be able to attend daycare & boarding.

• All new dogs must complete 1st day of daycare for an evaluation prior to boarding. No exceptions.

• All dogs listed above will still be allowed to come for grooming, however, if aggression is shown we will not be permitting them to continue with us.
